1. Conditions for Order Cancellation

Eligible for direct cancellation:

  • Orders can be directly canceled within 48 hours of placing the order and before shipment.

Not eligible for direct cancellation:

  • Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or already shipped cannot be canceled immediately.

  • For such orders, you may request a return and refund after delivery according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.


2. Order Cancellation Process

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support via email or phone and provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Payment proof

  • Cancellation reason (optional)

Our support team will process your request within 1–3 business days and inform you of the outcome and refund arrangements.


3. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment card used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard).

  • Refunds are expected to arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the processing speed of the respective bank.

  • If the refund does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.


4. Disclaimer

  • We strive to ensure that order processing and cancellations are handled smoothly and efficiently.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or logistics/system delays, but we will actively assist in resolving issues.

  • Your account and payment information will be kept secure; canceling an order does not create any additional liability for you.

  • In cases of incorrect order information or system errors, we will take responsibility for resolving the issue.
