Customers may also request a no-reason return or exchange, without providing a specific reason.


2. Return & Exchange Procedure

To request a return or exchange, please contact us via email or phone and provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Proof of payment

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Relevant photos or videos

Our customer service team will process your request within 1–3 business days, provide a response, and share the return address for sending back the product.

  • The customer must return the product to the designated address.

  • Once we receive the product, it will be inspected to confirm the reported issue.

  • If approved, we will promptly process a refund or exchange shipment.


3. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method (Visa or MasterCard).

  • Processing time is generally 3–7 business days, depending on the bank’s efficiency.

  • If the refund does not arrive within the expected time, please contact us for assistance.


4. Exchange Shipments

  • Replacement products will be processed and shipped according to our shipping policy, usually within 1–3 business days.

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email containing the order number and shipping carrier information.

  • You may track your order in real-time on the Order Tracking page by entering your email or phone number and order number.

  • Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days across Australia.


5. Shipping & Fee Rules

  • No-reason returns: Return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • Quality issue returns: Return shipping is covered by WiseWoven.

  • Exchange shipments: Shipping costs are covered by WiseWoven.

  • No additional fees or handling charges apply beyond return shipping (if applicable).

  • We strive to ensure the return and exchange process is smooth and efficient.

  • We will assist with delays caused by force majeure or logistics issues.

  • Customer account and payment information will be protected; no additional liability is imposed due to returns or exchanges.
