Delivery times may be extended for remote or rural areas. Please refer to the information displayed on the checkout page for details.
Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed after successful payment.
Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Daily Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (AEST).
Orders paid before 6:00 PM (AEST) will be prioritized for same-day or next-business-day processing.
Orders paid after 6:00 PM (AEST) will be processed on the next business day.
During processing, we will verify orders, prepare products, and arrange shipment.
After order processing is completed, shipment will be arranged within 1 business day.
Once shipped, tracking information will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email address or account dashboard.
