If you submit a cancellation request before your order has been shipped and it is approved by us.

Approved Return & Refund Request

If you submit a return request in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy, and the returned product passes our inspection and meets refund requirements.

Refunds will only be processed after the above conditions have been reviewed and approved.
